I’m a bit behind in my blogging and twitter over the holidays, and wanted to get a post just to let everyone know I’m still here – and I’m still alive
I also wanted to share part of my master plan for 2012… Here are my resolutions for the year:
- Get in shape: I’m not totally out of shape! but with the injury and move, I didn’t run as much as I would like and am not in the shape I was a year ago. Let’s just say the sub-goal is to take a good 5 minutes off the 5k time I ran on Jan 1.
- Play that dang guitar finally! I’m working on it… jeez!
- Lose the Diet Soda: I’ve been a Diet Coke junkie for years, but know this has to end. Although no calories, plenty of research suggests that diet soda may even be worse than full calorie soda. This may be my toughest resolution, but one I need to work on.
- Video blog: I’ve been talking about posting some video and coaching tips for a long time, I’m committing to do this in 2012. I’d like to do at least 2 video posts a month throughout the year.
That’s it! I’ll get to it and hope you do the same! Anyone else have some resolutions? What are they? Anything I can do to help?
